All Saints Vision 2023 (1)

We are excited to share a new vision for All Saints Church which we have been prayerfully considering and working on in recent months. Having found our feet again after the turbulence of COVID-19, it seems that now is a good time to consider afresh who we are as a church and how we look to best live out our Church Mission Statement to: “KNOW CHRIST AND MAKE HIM KNOWN”.

The vision was shared with the church family on Sunday 23rd April 2023 as we considered Jesus’ words in John 15, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit.” This was a passage that the PCC reflected on during a Vision Day in November 2022 and which really underpins our vision for the church as we seek to joyfully live lives as faithful and obedient disciples of Jesus both now and in the future.

The vision statement itself, rather than being all encompassing, is a tool which seeks to ‘give us some points of reference’ on which to build as we look to remain in Jesus and bear fruit for Him. Our hope is that the whole church family will be involved in further shaping this as we look to further ‘flesh it out’ over the coming months and years.

Please pray that God might use this to help us glorify Him.
